The first project for you to work with is to write up a market plan for a new business idea. After you have formed a team and come up with an idea to work with the first thing to do is to find out if the idea or invention is good enough to be regarded as an innovation. To learn about the potential - do the NABC evaluation. You need to match the idea with a market need and investigate it´s market potential. 

Find out about need, market shares, competitors/competing technologies, customers, customer need, future need etc.

Presentation: Written report of about 10 pages. To be handed in latest on Oct. 17 by midnight to maria.andersson@biotek.lu.se
