Cecilia Tullberg

Post-doctoral researcher

Background:
PhD in Food Science (Biology and Biological Engineering) 2018,  Chalmers University of Technology
MSc in Biotechnology 2013, Lund University

Research interests:

Lipid chemistry and lipid characterization

Lipid oxidation

In vitro digestion modelling

Chromatographic analysis methods

Research projects:

ScanOats: Mild processing of oats to optimise health effects and functionality (SSF).

My focus is on oat lipids - characterization, investigation of emulsifying properties, controlling lipid oxidation and evaluating how oat processing can be optimized to minimize rancidity.
