SuReTech is a FORMAS-financed interdisciplinary research project about utilizing agricultural and forestry byproducts to isolate high-value compounds such as antioxidants and pigments using "green and clean" technology. Examples of byproducts are onion waste, fruit press cakes, waste carrots and birch bark.
