As a PhD student, I'm focusing on the areas of biocatalysis in colloidal systems, complex self-assembling emulsion structures, and biotech process engineering and optimization. It's a challenging field, but I find it genuinely fascinating and am always eager to deepen my understanding and skills.

Outside of academics, I've been exploring the business side of things. I'm involved in a couple of startups, where I'm learning to apply my scientific background in a new context. It's a steep learning curve, but one that I find rewarding and engaging.

On a personal note, I value balance in my life. I enjoy traveling and appreciating nature's diversity - it provides a refreshing contrast to my academic work. I also find networking fulfilling; it's about connecting with others, sharing ideas, and learning from each other.

When it comes to challenges, I see them more as opportunities for growth and learning. It's not always easy, but I believe it's these experiences that shape us and push us to grow.

While I'm proud of what I've achieved so far, I like to think that I approach everything with a sense of openness and curiosity. I'm always keen to learn more, to stretch myself, and to contribute positively to our academic community.
